Where your shadows meet the light
Depth-oriented psychotherapy for eating disorders, trauma, and life transitions.

Where healing takes shape in the space between who you were and who you’re becoming.

I offer psychotherapy for individuals navigating eating disorders, body image distress, trauma, and periods of psychological or existential transition. My work is relational, depth-informed, and grounded in both clinical training and lived human complexity.

This is a space for those who feel stuck between who they have been and who they are becoming.

A Depth-Oriented Approach

I work from the understanding that symptoms are not random or broken behaviours to eliminate, but meaningful responses to internal and external conditions.

Eating disorders, trauma responses, and patterns of disconnection often arise at the intersection of:

  • nervous system overwhelm

  • attachment injury

  • identity and meaning disruption

  • cultural and systemic pressures

Therapy, for me, is not about fixing you, it is about listening carefully to what your system has learned to do to survive, and supporting new possibilities to emerge.

My approach integrates:

  • trauma-informed and somatic perspectives

  • psychodynamic and relational work

  • narrative and meaning-based frameworks

  • elements of acceptance- and values-based therapies

I work slowly, collaboratively, and with respect for your autonomy.

PSYCHEDELIC-INFORMED WORK (measured, ethical, clear)

Psychedelic preparation & integration

I offer psychedelic-informed preparation and integration therapy within an ethical, non-directive, and harm-reduction-oriented framework.

This work is not about providing or administering substances. It focuses on:

  • preparation for non-ordinary experiences

  • integration of past psychedelic experiences

  • meaning-making, grounding, and psychological safety

  • working with insight without bypassing embodiment

This offering is particularly relevant for individuals exploring psychedelics in the context of eating disorders, trauma recovery, or spiritual-existential inquiry.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

  • I offer individual psychotherapy on a limited basis. My practice is intentionally small to support depth, continuity, and ethical care.

Sessions are offered virtually to residents of Ontario.

  • Available to individuals seeking structured, clinically grounded support before or after psychedelic experiences.

  • Retreats, workshops, and group offerings are in development and will be announced here when available.

  • Support, mentorship, identity development.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario with specialized training in eating disorders, trauma-informed care, and psychedelic-informed psychotherapy.

My work is shaped by clinical training, ongoing supervision, and a deep respect for the ethical complexities of this field. I value consent, collaboration, and psychological humility.

I believe healing is rarely linear, and that meaningful change often unfolds at the edges of what we already know about ourselves.

A therapy experience that feels human, relational, and deeply attuned.
