Where your shadows meet the light
Hi, I’m Sarah, a Registered Psychotherapist and founder of Liminal Bloom Counselling and Consulting, where I support adults through eating disorder recovery, trauma healing, relationship challenges, and psychedelic integration and preparation.
My approach blends somatic therapy, parts work, DBT, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care. Whether you’re navigating food and body image struggles, a painful relationship dynamic, or the aftermath of a transformative experience, I offer a grounded, non-judgmental space to meet you where you are.
Therapy at Liminal Bloom is collaborative, warm, and deeply human. We laugh, cry, reflect, and grow together. I work virtually with clients across Ontario, creating space for healing from the in-between, the liminal, where real transformation blooms.

Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
At Liminal Bloom Counselling and Consulting, I offer trauma-informed preparation and integration therapy for clients engaging in legal or personal-use psychedelic experiences.
Whether you’re preparing for a journey or integrating an experience that stirred deep emotions or insights, I offer space to process what’s surfaced, especially in the context of eating disorders, trauma, and relational healing.
We’ll explore how to anchor your experience into your body and life, without spiritual bypassing or pressure to “get over it.” This work is slow, intentional, and centered on your emotional safety.
Support for Emerging Therapists
In addition to individual therapy, I offer workshops and consultation for new and emerging therapists seeking grounding in the nuances of eating disorder care, trauma-informed practice, psychedelic integration, and ethics in clinical work.
My workshops are experiential, relational, and rooted in curiosity, not perfectionism. At Liminal Bloom, I believe that clinicians also deserve space to grow, reflect, and feel supported in the liminal seasons of professional development.
